Application
ZTS series broke pulper can slush paper machine broke either in continuous mode or in batch mode.
Design features:
ZTS series broke pulper consists of a concrete chest, horizontal impeller, drive mechanism etc.
When the impeller rotating, the mixture of paper stock and water is drawn into the center axis and flung out with high speed by impeller, and so produce intensified turbulent flow and circulation. Due to different flow speed and tear in pulp happened at impeller vane resulting in an intensive internal friction and kneading effect, the paper stock is disintegrated and fiberized. Accept stock is passing though the screen perforations and pumped to the next process.
