Application

ZNS Series Double Nip Double Wire Press is suitable for

washing and  thickening of all kinds of pulp or stock in pulping

and  papermaking processes.

It is available for higher thickening ratio and stock outlet consistencies

 of 28-32%. It is particularly suitable for dispersion system of the

waste paper stock, high consistency bleaching of the mechanical pulp

and the rejects refining etc. system as well as the former section of

the market pulp machine. It is also very suitable for washing and

thickening of the low freeness mechanical pulp and straw pulp.

Structural principle

·The nip is long and pressure difference is increased gradually,

the thickening ratio is high and accepts consistency can be

controlled stably between 28-32% by using combined dewatering

of the dewatering filter plate and double pressing roll unit with

the application of double wire wedge dewatering principle.

·The dewatering amount and accepts consistency can be

adjusted because of the adjustment of the wire speed is automatic,

so the stable requirement of the procedure process to accepts

outlet consistency can be assured. It can be used in the production

of the all kinds of stock including waste paper stock, free pulp,

chemical pulp and mechanical pulp.
